Refunds:
All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, your entries for our giveaways are automatically submitted. We cannot alter or rescind these entries.
Currency: All transactions are processed in US Dollars.
No Refunds: We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot offer refunds.
Exchanges:
Eligibility: Items for exchange must be in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping the item back to Hustle-N-Rust.
Free Reshipment: We will send the exchanged item back to you at no additional cost.
Value: Exchanges can be made for items of equal value, or you may pay the difference for a higher-valued item. Downgrades that would result in a refund are not permitted.
Timeframe: Exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of purchase.
Defective Merchandise:
Reporting: Any issues with defective merchandise must be reported within 60 days of purchase for warranty replacement.
Liability: After 60 days, we have no further liability.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
Documentation: Include a printout of the original invoice and any correspondence with Customer Service.
Details: Clearly specify the product and size you'd like in exchange.
Confirmation: Include a screenshot of your order confirmation with your return package or email it to support@hustle-n-rust.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Contact Us: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately.
Discretionary Approval:
Inspection: All exchanges are subject to approval upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Hygiene Concerns: We do not exchange boxers, socks, or underwear due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Shipping Costs:
Customer's Responsibility: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
