🔄 Returns
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm the issue, we will initiate the return process.
❌ No Cash Refunds
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. However, if your return is approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item.
🎫 Store Credit
Store credit will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned item. The credit will be applied to your Hustle-N-Rust account and can be used for future purchases.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
🗓️ Non-Refundable Period
If your purchase is made within 30 days of the entry drawing for our giveaway, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, exchanges will be accepted during this period. All costs for shipping and returns are the customers' responsibility.
